General terms and conditions - workshop and event registrations

Payment terms: Completing this registration process confirms that I have approval from my school for registered participants to attend this event. I understand that cancellations up to 72 hours before the event incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop incur a full charge (unless in exceptional circumstances which are well-communicated). Other events may have different terms from this, which are specified on the event.

Cancellation policy - 7 Habits two-day leadership workshop registrations

We understand that things can change from time to time.

If you are unable to attend the workshop due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible and we will see if we can transfer you to a future event.

If you need to cancel on the day, please call your facilitator ideally before the workshop start time to let them know you are unable to attend.

If you are unwell, we will either:

  1. Transfer your registration to another participant
  2. Look to register you at a future event if possible

Unfortunately, should you fail to turn up on the day without communicating with us and/or without good reason, we do not provide refunds.

We do appreciate that each situation is unique and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Learning Architects values the trust our users and customers place in us when they give us access to their personal information. This privacy policy describes how we work to maintain that trust and protect that information.

It also explains how we collect, use, communicate and make use of personal information. The following Privacy Policy applies to all Learning Architects members, and conforms to Internet privacy standards and NZ Law.

This privacy policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers’ needs. If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first make contact via our contact page.

Collection of Information

In order to use any Learning Architects’ websites (such as the Online Learning Community website), we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our website. As a visitor, you can browse our website to find out more about how we can help you. You are not required to provide us with any personally identifiable information as a visitor.

When you use our website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with the website. Such information is typically considered non-personal information.

We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our Website.

Any information collected by Learning Architects is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, the internet or directly through our website.

Any details collected from Learning Architects’ customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in the development of our business.

When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. If we store credit card details this is always encrypted with the latest industry standard technology on our sites which are secure.

Learning Architects may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Learning Architects does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
