Personal Assistant/Office Administrator
Part-time, permanent position, minimum 20 hours per week
Our amazing PA is off to take up a new challenge so we are looking for a self-motivated, self-starter with previous administrative experience to join our team.
About the role | Mō te Tūranga
Supporting the Managing Director by taking care of day-to-day administrative tasks, managing travel and accommodation needs this role involves:
- Being the go-to person for the team, supporting them with resources and information
- Tracking projects, monitoring the accuracy of data, and generating reports
- Liaison with clients and stakeholders including the Ministry of Education
- Keeping our CRM and other systems up to date
- Organising meetings, workshops, and events
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, including pick up and delivery of print materials and other resources when required
Predominantly working from home, you will enjoy flexible working hours and plenty of learning opportunities.
