General questions
What is strengths coaching?
Strengths coaching is a process that encourages you to identify what makes people tick – it helps you to understand why you are like you are. It deepens self-awareness and can benefit you in many ways.
When teams are able to use a common language of strengths, it changes their conversations and helps them self-improve. It creates more positive team dialogue and builds trust. With application and reflection, it can boost overall engagement and performance levels. When we plan workshop and/or sessions, if you have specific goals for your team please let us know.
